Ground Floor:

The farmhouse’s main entrance leads into a slate-tiled porch with space for coats and wellies. Step down into the fully equipped kitchen, which features a double-range oven, large fridge & freezer.  The kitchen flows into a spacious dining room, complete with a wood burner and a large table that seats the whole group. The farmhouse also features a Drawing Room, overlooking the sprawling garden, offering plenty of room for relaxation, plus the more modern lounge, with real woodburner that leads out to the patio, providing spectacular views down to Northcott Mouth beach. With outdoor dining furniture, plus the luxurious hot-tub.

The ground floor also includes:

First Floor:

Two staircases, one from the front and one from the rear, lead to the first floor, where you’ll find:

• 2 large family bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in raindrop shower

• 2 double bedrooms with king-sized beds, one with an en-suite and the other with adjoining access to a family bathroom

• 1 single bedroom

• A family bathroom with an over-bath shower

 

Dog-Friendly Accommodation

Bring along your four-legged friends—up to 4 well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of £20 per dog. Guests must bring their own dog basket or cage.

Access to Swimming Pool
